3 people in front and still super slow! Then lettuce always seem to be brown and nasty looking. I think I'm done with Subway, ingredients are not up to par.

The worst customer service ever. The workers have attitudes most of the time and the owner condones their crap. This place have definitely went down!
The worst customer service experience I was fifth in the line waiting to order, and when I was ready to order, the woman who was taking the order started doing online ordering. She didn't say anything to me; she just kept looking at me, so I told her that I had waited long enough in the line, and now instead of taking my order, she was doing the online order, which was not fair. They need to hire people with common sense. Someone like that woman shouldn't be dealing with the public.
