THIS HAS HAPPENED TO A LOT OF PEOPLE! I was at the Subway/pretzel place in Walmart, Landover Hills. The little boy didn't get his change & guy put it in the tip jar. Teach children to pay attention to their money & get their change. I told the little boy he had $.99 change & I added a penny & had the man give him his $1.
