Late night staff kind of rude to doordashers
I placed an online order at 9am for four sandwiches. The app said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I got there at 9:20 and the subs weren’t ready. The employee and some guy in pajamas pants and a tank top who was behind the counter wouldn’t stop talking.I patiently waited until 9:30 and asked if they were ready. The employee gave me a stupid look and said ok. I still had to wait an additional 3 minutes for the sub to be ready. Terrible customer service and unsanitary food conditions.
This is the worst of the worst places to eat. This review is based on three separate visits over the past year. Each time has been an escalating problem with the staff and it's at the point it needs to be called out. This place needs to have every single employee, manager, owner, assistant manager, whoever, removed and new people brought in.
