We stopped by this location on our way to Lake Tahoe from Yosemite. Both staff members were professional and super helpful. Sandwiches were also made exactly as requested.
Horrible service,didn't change gloves inbetween touching food untill asked,when i tried to politly ask to remove brown avocado pieces employee got an attitude and got snippy replying thats all of it then and made her irritation clear and made the entire expieriance very unpleasant.
I went today around 11-11:30. Alisha was the only one there. I was third in-line when I walked in. By the time it was my turn there were 10 people behind me. She never stopped working and handled the line with dignity and superb customer service. She paid attention to the bread alarm and kept trucking along in a flow that made it look easy. She never lost her cool or let the crowd get to her. I expressed my understanding and she thanked me for my patience. Thank you Alisha. I’ll see you next time I’m up this way.
The staff at this location are amazing. The service was personal. The subs were fabulous. The store was spotless.
