I would rate the food higher if my food was heated like i requested , I just ordered and it wasn't heated at all
None of them wear name tags so you can't even get specific on who did what.. But the one old lady was rude took the coupon out of my hand like I couldn't scan it myself.. Then telling me how I should cut my coupon making a fuss about having to push it in manually.. I've been told by a few people that they won't go to this subway because of her..
The manager was super rude when I called about an order that was messed up. She swore at me and even hung up on me.
Picked up a large order for a work meeting. Everything was fresh and packaged nicely. The cookies were amazing! I always have great service and fresh food at this Subway.
