Went in tonight and had a young man named James serve me. He was so rude, dismissive, and flat out refused to make the sandwich I had wanted claiming they were “out” of everything I had requested. He was also very rude to the other people in line, not greeting them, and getting frustrated and raising his voice aggressively when they couldn’t hear his mumbled words. Horrible service from him. Would like to shout out the young lady working at the subway tonight! I have Alpha Gal and she was so kind and cautious! She even caught her self touching the sauce and changed gloves before touching my wrap again! Thank you we need more people like you! Wish I would have gotten her name but she had fun nails!
Walked in and placed an order for a sandwich. Before the guy even started to make my sandwich, he pushed it off to one of his coworkers and started on the sandwich of a guy behind me. The coworker he pushed me off onto had to start over from scratch, not in the slightest but aware of what I had ordered with the original guy.
Would like to customer service to contact me regusrding an incident in store around 3:30 today 9/10 at this location.
Shut them down no tip no service ... forced tips I will eat somewhere else trash food trash customer service then a forced tip tell your owner to pay you better and remove forced tips otherwise I am never coming back! Just like Jared
