Monica was VERY rude and throwing things around. She was being SO rude and disrespectful to her coworker who seemed to be newer to the job.
Kat at Subway absolutely deserves a 5-star review! I was actually on my way to Casey’s and avoiding Subway because the service had gone downhill after they seemed to lose some employees, but I saw Kat working and decided to stop in. The bread here is always dry and hard. I've never had dry or hard bread at any other Subway before.
I went at about 7pm to get a sandwich made for me. Then the trainee started giving me attitude on how my sandwich should be made it thought the slogan was “Subway make it your way”
