I frequently go to this Subway location. Today i Jay prepared my one foot long forest ham with wheat bread, pepper jack cheese, untoasted with veggie toppings. He was very attentive, friendly, effecient, fast, and knowledgeable.
I had two pick-up orders, and neither were even started when I got there for my pickup because an employee, Cat, was left alone. She was trying considering she was left alone. When the other two showed up, neither of which were wearing name tags, the boy was courteous, quiet, and working fast, but the girl with the bird flock tattoos on her arm was rude and snippy from the moment she walked in to both her co-workers and the customers. If i could leave 0 stars i would i had ordered four, 6” sandwiches today through the online app they gave me 3 sandwiches and they didn’t have the right bread nor the right toppings on them. I get that it’s easier to mess with peoples orders when they’re not staring at you making the order, but it’s not hard to read the receipt and follow it. workers also seem to be toasted (high) during their shifts subway do better.
I tell you this customer service has seriously tanked to the bottom of the barrel, 2 ladies working with NO sense of urgency !!! Doing 1 sandwich at a time is NOT what I would have these workers doing as a site Forman these workers have no self awareness nor work ethic whoever is in charge of this site REALLY needs to evaluate there workers its coting him or her in the long run with unsatisfactory conditions
The meat was sliced so thin. I could see light when the employees held it before it fell apart in their hands... cutting costs...
