Just tried to get food here at the subway on 98th street and it was like 10:50 in the morning and the worker a girl not sure name was very rude and said after this guy we are only doing online orders and said so have a good day but in a mean way it was very unkind. Y’all need to get workers who actually want to work and do the their jobs and not be rude to the customers
i usually don’t go to this subway since it’s not close but it was around the area and the customer service was pretty good in my opinion the workers would break the silence be very talkative which was nice after a bad day and they where pretty quick on my sandwich i think i might keep coming to this subway instead
if i’m being honest i don’t really fw subway to eat it a lot but like i went and the staff was really nice and attentive they made my sandwich very quickly today i will be returning
Worst subway I ever visited. I’ve been to many subway restaurants and never had my sandwiches sit there for 25 minutes after I checked in with them which they were still making when I walked in. They helped more than ten people well my sandwiches just sat there. And when I asked for them to be remade or a refund. They got very defensive. They were very rude and humiliated me in front of the store. Saying I should be ordering salads and not sandwiches. Very horrifying experience.
