Always good customer service but they are often out of stuff.
We walked in to order. One of our s asked for a 6”on white. She then asked how many sandwiches and got out another white loaf. First person ordered theirs and they worked down the line. They then asked the 3rd person in line what they wanted. He asked for a wrap, got a flatbread instead. Then she decided to ask what I wanted (#2). Ordered online. Got there at the posted pickup time only to be informed that my order does not get started until I arrive. What is the point of ordering online. I will never go to Subway on 98th st. again and I recomend you don't either. Waited over half an hour for my order. Asked for a managers' name and was refused. I believe this to be an unacceptable way to do business
I frequently go to this Subway location. Today i Jay prepared my one foot long forest ham with wheat bread, pepper jack cheese, untoasted with veggie toppings. He was very attentive, friendly, effecient, fast, and knowledgeable.
I had two pick-up orders, and neither were even started when I got there for my pickup because an employee, Cat, was left alone. She was trying considering she was left alone. When the other two showed up, neither of which were wearing name tags, the boy was courteous, quiet, and working fast, but the girl with the bird flock tattoos on her arm was rude and snippy from the moment she walked in to both her co-workers and the customers.
