I just experienced the worst customer service I've ever seen. A young employee and the manager, who refused to give her name and stated, "We're not supposed to," were laughing at a mother and her child while they were trying to order. When the mother mentioned that there was no need to be rude, the employee responded by saying, "You can leave." Not happy with whoever made mine and my co workers sandwiches today. I decided to order online due to only having a 30 minute lunch, when I got back to my job site whoever made my sandwich decided to put mustard on a tuna sub instead of maynoise also decided to add spinach onions and black olives that I did not want nor order. As for my co workers sandwich she had the wrong bread on hers and maynoise instead of mustard. You place an order in the app it takes 20 minutes versus you walking in and it takes 7 minutes. I came in and waited for my order and 3 people walked in after me ordered and they gone. I’m still waiting. Wait time for online orders suck
