Went there on Wednesday lady with long dark hair was nice and mobile order was ready before scheduled time went there today Saturday at 340 the guy was super rude looked at me like I was disturbing him nobody was in there learn customer service
What POS person is working behind the counter tonight? I walk in, he remains silent, will not acknowledge me, leaves the counter and goes behind the corner for two or three minutes while I'm just waiting staring at the menu, he returns to the counter and still doesn't acknowledge me or take my order, so I walked out and go to a different restaurant. Usually this place is good but tonight sucked. This employee needs customer assistance training BADLY! Sunday 6:45 p.m.
This place does not honor your coupons or your app. In two occasions are presented my app and they said we don't know why we can't get it to credit you with the sandwiches you're ordering.
