Standing right infront of three subway workers, while each said hello to me so they know I’m there. Then proceeds to make me wait 2 minutes to start my order. After that hey they just acted like they were doing something more important than serving a customer. THREE WORKERS. they weren’t that busy and didn’t have anything that important to be taking care of. I’ve worked in restaurants myself and know the shtick. Bad service. Simple.
Our sandwich was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were very patient. I don't usually eat at this chain very often, but of all the locations I've visited, this has been the one where I've had the best experience.
