Tried to apply one of my rewards and was told I can’t do it in store it’s gotta be through online order but I couldn’t do my order online because it wouldn’t let me customize my sandwich. They weren't the nicest about it. Ended up paying $13 instead of using my rewards to get a $6.99 footlong. Never had this issue before, they are normally nice and no issues using my rewards.
Been eating here for years and haven't had a bad experience. This Subway is by far the cleanest out of all the fast food locations in Bay Minette. The veggies have always been fresh and sandwich made to perfection! I would give it 10 stars if i could.
The food here was amazing, everything was fresh and clean, and the service was amazing, I would recommend coming here.
The food was very good the only problem I have is that they did not read the ticket. Both of the sandwiches I ordered had the incorrect bread the turkey was supposed to be wheat and got herbs and cheese, it also did not come with cheese and it was supposed to have provolone. The Italian bmt was supposed to get herbs and cheese and was made with wheat it got pepper jack cheese as it was supposed to but there was no extra cheese on it that was supposed to be on it there was a bag on the side that had a ton of provolone cheese ... read more
