Feel sorry for this one worker here. She works her little butt off and the manager? District manager? No where to be found during lunch rush. Subway, you can do better.
Put in a mobile order at 10:55ish, said it'd be ready by 11:45. showed up around 11:45 and stood until 12 at which point I had to leave in order to make it back to work on time from my lunch break. At 12, they hadn't even started on the order. I usually buy a couple sandwiches to have for my lunch across a few days. Luckily one of us works in Brownwood every day and we'll just get what I need from one of those subways from now on.
Service was excellent!!! Two ladies were so friendly and polite! Great customer service!
