Preparers were curt and rude. Demeaning towards customers. Order was incorrect and when pointed out, server became upset. Both servers were arguing about the process and the blame game! Unfortunately, online orders take priority over the customer standing in front of them causing confusion and poorly made and prepared sandwiches. Meatballs cold and not heated. All at a premium price! Not worth going back, McDonald’s is nearby! Get it together!
