Placed a mobile order. Sat I drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Went inside to get my food. Made my order wrong. I tell him he doesn't listen grabs my bag out of my hand and comes back 5 minutes with a new sandwich with the same mistakes as the last. How about listen to the customer next time

J'ai eu une expérience extrêmement décevante dans ce Subway. La jeune femme qui travaillait là-bas a montré un service à la clientèle désagréable, et elle m'a maltraité simplement parce que je parlais en français. Quand je suis arrivé à la caisse, le serveur, qui semblait être marocain, m’a insulté en arabe, probablement pour que personne ne puisse comprendre.
