I am very dissatisfied over customer service and the quality of the food! Three of us got food poisoning from this Subway on New Year’s day. We called to tell the manager instead of figuring the issue out she told me “well I don’t know how that could have happened.” Well it did lady and you need to be more clean and serve better quality food. This location has unfortunately declined significantly since the owner no longer attends. The management's treatment of staff—sometimes to the point of embarrassing guests—is deeply disappointing. The quality of the food has also deteriorated to a borderline unacceptable level. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, not met with disdain, as I was during my last visit. I love Subway the chicken teriyaki is always good
Ordered my food online and they didn't even toast the sandwiches theat were clearly marked to be toasted. Wasted 20 bucks.
