Since new management took over, it is great.
1 star is being generous. I waited 15 minutes, another lady walked up and called for an employee because everyone was in the back. A short woman finally walks out, washes her hands, slamming the paper towel dispenser lever down, throws the towels away then picks up trash from the floor. She continues to wipe down boards and counters never once speaking. Finally puts on gloves and says “what do you need” needless to say I walked out and won’t ever return to this subway. Horrible guest service and still left hungry.
Lady was very rude. The lettuce was brown so I asked her could I get some fresh lettuce and she told me that all of her lettuce looked that way.
Signs and online states the store opened at 7:00am. I show up at 7:11 and the lights are off and gate is pulled down.
