This use to be my fav subway for online order cus they always made the sandwiches neat and with detail (hence the 3 stars) - however the last couple orders have been off. They failed to add my avocado abd a couple of other things which resulted in a dry sandwich :( and you can’t even call them to let them know the order was wrong cus they don’t answer the phone so I guess I have to go public!
This subway never opens on time on the weekends, sometimes not at all. Like today it was suppose to open at 9 didn't open until 10:10 Last weekend it didn't open at all. Terrible service on weekends
I am disgusted with this location. One person working everything on her own. Took over a half hour to get two orders. When I asked her why she is working alone I was told they wouldn't allow help during this time of year. This poor women was so sweet and apologetic which is way beyond her control. I'm disgusted with subway and walmart for allowing guests and workers to be treated this way.
The subway is a joke takes your money and doesn't deliver your food
The lady working was changing her screen protector on her phone, didn’t wash her hands. Came over to help us, put our sandwiches in the toaster, went back to her phone with gloves on and starts doing something in her phone, goes back to our sandwiches. At that point I asked her to change her gloves since she was just touching her phone. She got an attitude with me and was snotty to me the rest of our time there.
