A subway is a subway, foodwise, but service can really make all the difference for customers. I'd like to share the great experience I had yesterday coming in from a snowstorm. Nasir was helpful, make pleasant conversation, and even offered me a small plastic bag to carry my books in to avoid them getting drenched in the storm. It's that kind of above and beyond kindness that makes me want to continue coming back to this Subway location. I would recommend it in particular.
It doesn't have any parking space
I don’t expect much given the location. However, I do expect what I would consider “common sense” to be used. I placed an online order. When I arrived there was one customer in line, both employees were making subs at the time (no problem, I waited at the register). The woman BLATANTLY ignored me standing at the register (right under the “Express Pick-Up sign might I add) and proceeded to ring up that customer(in which I even had to step out the way).
