Very upset. Just picked up my mobile order. None of my 3 sandwiches were toasted. I tried calling and no one answers the phones. Unfortunate because I don’t have the gas to just drive back for them to fix my order
This Subway in specific was above what you expect a fast food restaurant experience to be. Jason, a sandwich maker, made the situation fun and clearly took pride in his work. The man deserves a raise and I hope he reads this as he restored my faith in fast food and their ability to serve with a smile. If you are his boss give him the respect he deserves. As he created a repeat customer.
I came in around 11:15 pm on Wednesday, July 23 2025 and asked if they were closing, they said nah we good so I got my sandwich. As a customer I know how irritating it is when someone comes in an hour before close, but Jason and the guy mopping, didn’t get his name, were welcoming and friendly. W place
Made my online order completely wrong. It’s not that hard to read a paper and make a sandwich. 0/10
So I had to change my five star review to a 1 star review because not only did my delivery order take over an hour to receive but the food was cold my wife’s sandwich was wrong and I called the store 30 times to find out where my food was and they didn’t answer the phone once. So I not put this as one of the worst locations in bullhead city I want a full refund and I don’t recommend going to this location again
