Ordered an All American Wrap via the app and had my housemate pick it up. Started eating only to see a small bug crawl out from inside the wrap itself. I will be calling the health department to register a complaint as this has literally made me sick EDIT: Gave this location a 2nd chance and history repeated itself. I highly....HIGHLY advise that people look elsewhere for subs as this location is very unclean and their products continue to have bugs in them.
Subway Caldwell Mill Road does not honor subway coupons and ordering quite confusing due to either language or store rules. Normally eat at Subways at Loves or on Expressway but this neighborhood store was a disappointment.
Dirty bathrooms and dining area. Staff sat in room until customers came in when they could spend the time cleaning. No one wants food from a dirty restaurant. Vegetables were not very fresh. Spinach was wilted and cucumbers dried out.
Stay away from the meatball marinara if you wish to not piss out of your a$$.
Placed our order online and it took over 30 minutes. 1 employee was working and she had a long line too. Another employee came in, saw she was slammed and continued to talk on the phone. Very disappointing. Ran of wheat bread too.
