Went by today for some footlongs. Was going to use a coupon. The guy came to the window and asked if I was going to use a coupon. I said yes. He said that his coupon machine wasn't working. COUPON MACHINE?!!!! Never heard that one before. He said he could make the sandwiches but had to charge me full price. I said no. Why pass out coupons if your COUPON MACHINE isn't working. Love the service there employees are so nice even hooked up with discount last min for not having certain items the crew on this shift deserves an appreciation
