I placed a mobile order, and when my boyfriend came to go get it, he was told that I was contacted, which I was not. Because they didn’t have the right kind of bread and the whole time he was there. This lady was rude, ignorant and extremely passive aggressive. Ordered at the drive thru and after being told $12.59 was my total (for 1 foot long turkey sub, no extras!) I handed my pre paid Visa card to the extremely rude sixty ish employee, who looked like she just rolled out of bed and smelled like she smoked 8 cigarettes on her way in, she informed me that my form of payment wasn't accepted ?!?
