Prices 5$ higher per item compared to other subway locations and yet the owners cant seem to hire enough staff to keep up with customers. Waited over half hour for my food because i made the mistake of placing a mobile order. I would advise driving the extra 10 minutes and get better food from jersey mikes for the same price, and you will still probably be home sooner.
Ordered pepperoni meatball online person working store must be high or something. Got a Italian sub. How do you screw that up big difference between meatball and Italian.
My fiance and I stopped around 1pm today. We waited in the drive thru for a few minutes and decided to go inside. There was one employee during lunch rush, and the poor guy was slammed. Eventually I walked out, and several people left before ever fully walking in. One employee? Especially during lunch rush? Do better.
I went today during lunch hour- Mellisa was working by herself. She was getting slammed but she worked very fast, but kept the quality great, and was also super kind even when dealing with a lot!
