I ordered a steak sub a few weeks ago and when I got home, there was barely any steak on it. It was less than half of what I usually get at any other subway. I assumed it was overlooked and went back last night to order three subs. All three of our subs were burnt and again, they were super cheap with the meat. I had someone else pick them up so I don’t expect them to say anything at the time but I should be able to expect some quality in at least one of the subs. They were all horrible. Fresh ingredients, well made sandwich, excellent quantity and quality. I was amazed how the employee manage all these orders by himself during rush hour. The Administration of the Gary Martin location should schedule at least 2 employees to handle all the customers during the weekend specially after the hockey games. I feel bad for the young guy trying to do his best by himself. I saw the same situation at the Mill Cove location. Great employees should be treated better.
