They wouldn't let me make a basic substitution on a sandwich even though every other Subway does it. They need to learn how to properly serve customers.
Went to pick up two orders placed online today, one for myself and one for my parents. App stated both orders would be ready by 3:55pm and orders placed at 3:38pm. When I arrived at 3:56pm both orders were marked ready but neither started. The only other customers were checking out and the store had 4 online order tags on wall not being worked on including mine and my parents.
