This is my favorite Subway franchise. I have been coming here for years, my order is simple it's a B.M.T. with double protein but the protein is meatballs, today (6/18/25 6pm) I was told by the manager that he would not be able to honor the price (regular foot long price plus 3 dollars double protein add on.) and he charged me for 2 foot long subs. Brought in an order of 19 sandwiches pre-written. We are a sport team looking to get Subs on the way through, trying to make it easy by having it written down and not herding everyone in the store. We were denied service to an empty store. They said it would take them 3 hours to complete and turn us away.
I went in when there was only one other customer with an order of 19 sandwiches. I was willing to wait, but the employees were not at all accommodating and told me I would have to wait 3 hours! So disappointing! I left.
