Past few times I've ate here the food is cold, mentioned food is cold and response is we will get the oven checked out. I get to some this would be no big deal but after a long day, and you just want to eat and go to bed, its pretty annoying having to re-cook the food not even 4 minutes later. Also keep messing up simple orders, like a chicken teriyaki with out the teriyaki....or not cutting up a pizza...like cmon
I purchased a footlong and made sure to let Brooklyn know I only wanted two toppings. Lettuce and olives. I requested olives three times due to the small amount she was applying to my sub. A gray haired lady came from the back and checked on Brooklyn's application of the olives, then turned around and went to the back.
