I placed an order for pickup through my subway app, I pickup my order (3 subs)- ordered them all turkey, they put ham on one of them. When called to talk to staff was told I need to come back for a remake, so they mess up and I am the one to be inconvenienced for their stupidity? Makes sense… looks like corporate will hear from me.
Requested veggie pattie and the manager accommodated it within weeks. Appreciate it🫶Staff has always been sweet too
I would recommend watching them make your order and not getting it through the app because I just ordered a blt with extra bacon and cheese and not only did I not get extra bacon but I only got a little bit of bacon on only HALF of my sub but also not a piece of cheese to be seen. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going to this subway again after wasting all that money
Got a chicken bacon ranch. Asked for it toasted. Opened sandwich and the cheese wasnt even melted. Not toasted at all.
Only because I had to give a start to review. Ilion ny subway is the worst. I can order anywhere on the east coast and they get it right. 2 miles away from and the kids they have working for them feel entitled. Called to let them know I received the wrong order and they hang up. Called back to be berated by the so called “manager” who also hung up.
