We stopped at the Lowville Subway 8:25 pm. The worker already had started to close up. I asked her if she had any meatballs and she said no, I just threw them out. Before 8:25 and the door says they are open until 9:30.
Placed an online order. At 10:50am. Way before lunch rush. It is spelled out exactly how you want your sub. Wrong roll. Not toasted. It's a shame.
Me and my family come here 1-2x a week and i think it's the best "fast" food restaurant in town. A worker named Nicole (i hope I'm remembering that right) was so friendly and upbeat even during a rush. The food is always great and the place is always clean
My husband and I waited 1/2 hour for our subs. Went to sit down and he dropped his. They put them in baskets now. The girl came out to clean it up. Didn't say anything and didn't ask if he wanted another one. 1/2 of the sub was left with a piece of meat on it. We would have paid for it if she had even acknowledged or said anything to us. What a waste. Have always had good luck and good food there. He was not happy.
The employees working there today at the time of this review were incredibly hard workers. Made sure my order was perfect, went as fast as possible so I could eat with my family, and were extremely nice. Incredibly deserving of a raise. As a business owner myself, those are the type of employees you want.
