Horrible Service and Extremely Rude!!! Went in for a sandwich today and asked what the daily special was, after the first lady at the counter told me what it was I had to ask again because I couldn't hear her, then she told me again but with a very rude demeanor as if I did something wrong. After I told her ok ill take that and started my sandwich, we got to the cheese selection and was told they only had shredded cheese. The person who made my sub was super unwelcoming. They greeted me as normal and all that but there was no smile, no happiness, nothing but a basic "hi what can I get for you?". They put the stuff i asked for on the sandwich and said have a good day. Literally not ONE smile or anything welcoming through the entire transaction. If I had known the service would be like this, id have gone out of my way for the toledo subway.
Ordered a BMT, my usual sandwich and they didn’t put any meat on it. Only veges, and too much mayo. Waste of money. Do better
They forgot one of our subs, but made it up quickly and everyone was happy
