I was the only customer and it took over 15min to be greeted to make my sandwich. The closing employee is incredibly rude and doesn’t have customers in mind.
I’d give them negative stars if I could the lady was so rude and completely effed my sub up I’ve always been a customer of subway and this is the first time I have a had an issue for the past 3 years! I strongly suggest you avoid this location and drive maybe 7 minutes more to get to the Walmart location in Eagan which is at least 10x better than this place!
Poor customer service the guy working there doesn't have proper customer service, he was staring me like that i look like athief ordered foot long with tuna sandwich, i wish i could give 0 stars not coming back again, i asked him if i can eat my sandwich there i wanted to get refill soda i can eat comfortable but replied in a weird way i said are you guys closing he didn't reply well i felt that i came a wrong place then i asked if i can use the bathroom he said yes without not wanting i could tell, the guy needs to learn wh... read more
