Yea people are putting the dude who works there on blast for good reason. Absolutely miserable person to try and order from. I understand its a job you don't want my guy, but your trash attitude surely doesn't make it any better.
the guy working is so rude, everytime i go in he’s always miserable and rude. we went in tonight and he was sitting at a table and didn’t get up until we were standing at the counter waiting, he was staring us down the entire time we were ordering and barely put anything on our sandwich. we asked for a foot long cookie and supposedly the last 2 times we’ve been in, he doesn’t any. i felt very uncomfortable
The guy who makes subs looks at you like your the devil just for ordering a sandwich. this one is close to my home so it’s easy to access but at this point I’m just going to start going to a different one. If you can’t handle people you shouldn’t being working in this business.
This customer service is unbelievably horrible. Worker on headphones and can’t hear you and messing up online order even when I speak up because I’m waiting. Also no water cups for tap water if you eat here. Crazy.
