There is a guy named Roy at this Subway location who has been consistently rude and provided a very unpleasant customer experience. One time, the posted closing time was 10:00 PM, but at around 9:10 PM, he told me that the store was already closed. On another visit, he was extremely rude while preparing our meal and did not listen to what we were requesting. He also told us that the water cups were $3 each. Second time coming here after living 2 mins away in the past three years. Last time I'll ever go. Visit when it's completely dead. Walk in. No one is there takes a minute for a guy to appear. Guy doesn't even say hi when walking in after I said hi nicely. Felt like he was inconvenienced by being there. Asked for a 6 inch and to have it toasted with the cheese on before the tuna. The person working here is consistently slow and not attentive. I’ve never had my online order be made on time. Messed up my order too.
The man at the counter doesn’t look like he wants to be there. Was on his phone the whole few minutes we came in and no greeting. I wish they could close the store down and add something new.!
This subway customer service is horrendous. The guy with the dark hair and earbuds in both ears, make you feel like your a burden by ordering a sandwich. He will shake his head in displeasure if you ask for too many veggies on your sandwich and has absolute zero people skills. I’m surprised this location hasn’t shutdown…. What a shame.
