I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered $40 worth of food on the app to be ready at 6pm. Got there at 6:05 to be told they gave my order to someone else. Ok no problem right? No. Because they refuse to remake or give me my money back. Said it’s not their problem. They said they gave my food to a kid who signed as “Cayden” when that’s clearly not the name on the order. I worked with the manager of this location to have ready about 160 sub sandwiches (some with dietary restrictions - lactose intolerance and gluten free) when our marching band completed their first competition of the day. Everything was ready on time, completed as requested, and made easy for us to distribute. All the reviews from our band students, staff and volunteers were positive, subs were delicious! Thanks Subway!!
