At approximately 20:48 pm on 09/17/2025 order was placed with 3 employees on duty. The “ kid “ making my sub was so high he couldn’t follow any order requests. After making the statement to him he was so high he just laughed. Stated my order request 4 times and was wrong in the end. After a 13 hr work day I just proceeded. Order was completely wrong. This was my first visiting this subway, there were 3 workers very respectful, knowledgeable they are very caring there customers and made sure my order was correct to my liking...They have what it take to return as a customer. i will be back and store was clean and i just wanna say those 3 people have great aspect to succeed in there job way to go guys.
Jennifer provided great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable in the culinary arts. She definitely has potential for growth within the subway family.

DONT GO TO SUBWAY IN SILVER WALLEY NC .YOU CANT BUY NACHOS AND CHEESE CAUSE THEY DONT HAVE CONTAINERS BEEN THERE COUPLE TIMES WONT GO AGAIN SUBWAY HAS GONE DOWN HILL BAD THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT U WANT.
