Ordered 4 subs and the girl made them all together rather than one at a time. I specifically said what veggies I wanted on the ham, combo and then the turkey and ham sub. I also told her which subs were to be toasted. 3 subs had incorrect veggies and some were toasted that should not have been and ones that were to be toasted were not. I called to let them know and the response I got was 'we just did what we were told'. If you did my subs would be correct. I rarely complain. It is even rarer that I feel I need to leave a review about my experience. I've lived in Waterford for 12 years and frequently visit this location, for many years without issues. The last few orders through......unacceptable. The staff barely acknowledges you. One visit I had the wrong veggies on our subs. The last few times, I had asked for lite mayo/dressing and was OVERLOADED. Please retrain these kids to know the meaning of lite. It's not because I'm a nuisance.
