The app clearly said I could redeem any sandwich at that location, and it showed eligible for redemption at 9 PM on March 13. When I got there, I was told it was not actually free and only a few dollars off, so I ended up spending about $12 extra. That might not sound like a lot to some people, but it is more than I should have paid because I earned that reward through the app and it specifically said I could use it there. Very frustrating experience and easily some of the worst customer service I have dealt with.

Almost no meat on the sandwiches. Bread was not fresh. Drive to any other place to get a sub

They skimp you on meat, veggies, cheese, everything. I had to ask for extra multiple times and bro adds the smallest amount. I thought you got 4 slices of cheese, and 8 slices of turkey for a footlong, not 3 and 6

This subway will not give you the proper amount of meats and cheese. They will short you every time been there 3 times because it’s a quick stop on the way to work and I’m done with this location

Bad vibes. Saying “hi, how are you” will get you a side eye. Asking for more pickles will also get you a side eye. Sorry I like having pickles and manners with my sandwich?? They also gave me a free hair in my food, free of charge 🤢
