Register broke down while I was checking out and I was stuck there for 30 minutes while the poor stressed out TEENAGERS tried desperately to fix it. There was NO manager on duty to help them with anything! Subway needs to do better! Get them a manager!
Elderly woman didn't know how to make any sandwiches and talked crap about a previous customer that was in the lobby to us, while being rude to us at the same time, we just wanted sandwiches but couldn't get them due to her lack of customer service, was willing to spend good money to eat but I guess McDonalds will work better out
Horrible experience, old lady was rude to me as two younger people were already frustrated with her and walked out
I would like to bring this to yalls attention the girl in here today training the blonde hair guy with glasses and the girl with black hair in a pony with black glasses the girl was really hateful and is not training the guy right I work for customer service as well and the young lady did not have a great attitude nor spoke with respect. She was rude not sure if I will ever come back this used to be my favorite subway.
