The district manager over these local chains has made this business go to shit.
I called for 6 fresh baked cookies about 5 minutes ago. Which they have made for me several times before. I hear the guy ask someone if he should tell me that they don't have any cookies. I just hung up. Very unprofessional. I will not be going to this location again. The one by Arvest Bank.
