Messed my food
They marked the order as complete at 7:09 but haven't even started it at 7:16. Teach your people to do their job or fire them. They are wasting customers times. Edit: about 20 minutes late and they still messed up my order. Not toasted and missing half of my order. Fire whoever is working tonight
My boyfriend and I ordered two meatball subs to-go from this location. We waited about 30 minutes for our order which was a little long but fine. We get home and this is what we get? Basically no sauce on the sandwich just the meatballs and cheese. Not to mention the bread was completely stale and crumbling. Just awful.
