I had a very disappointing experience at your store. I was told to leave 20 minutes before closing time, simply because an employee wanted to shut down early. I was quietly sitting and waiting while my girlfriend was using the washroom, and there was no disturbance or reason for us to be rushed out. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service standards. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers aren’t treated the same way.
My go-to Subway always has friendly staff and fresh products. My family always visits this Subway during rush hours, and the amazing team consistently serves customers with smiling faces and a great attitude. Can’t complain, hats off to Angela and her team!
