We ordered subs for our 3 day pickleball tournament and our players and volunteers loved them. They were individually wrapped and labelled and were excellent. The staff at the shop were great to deal with and didn't mind that we changed our order slightly on days 2 and 3 to accommodate player requests. It’s pretty obvious that customer service is not their strong suit. I placed an order through SkipTheDishes, and an hour and a half later, I still hadn’t received any update. I called a dozen times before someone finally answered, only to be told, “Sorry, sir, 2-3 minutes.” I waited another 45 minutes, called again—no answer. Called again—still no answer. Completely unacceptable.
