It’s pretty obvious that customer service is not their strong suit. I placed an order through SkipTheDishes, and an hour and a half later, I still hadn’t received any update. I called a dozen times before someone finally answered, only to be told, “Sorry, sir, 2-3 minutes.” I waited another 45 minutes, called again—no answer. Called again—still no answer. Completely unacceptable.
Kartik was very quick and friendly, the staff here is incredible!
