Well organized personell
Don’t waste your time going here. The employee in the place is slow as molasses and the ingredients were unavailable. You can’t use the Subway app. It says not all ingredients available. Choose again. The line was all the way to the front door and the employee only had one type of bread available, herb and cheese. People were walking out. I walked out too. Worst Subway store on the planet!
I know this place has a lot of bad reviews but we had a great experience. The workers were super friendly (more than any other Subway we have been at) and understanding of our two small children. Food was good and the workers even gave us a coupon to use. We had a great experience!
In the app I specify (((not))) to have my sub toasted, and they often do anyway. I also ordered "double meat" and I didn't get that. So not only did I not get what I ordered, I also overpaid because they gave me regular meat amount. I'm getting very unhappy with the Hornell Subway.
