I know this place has a lot of bad reviews but we had a great experience. The workers were super friendly (more than any other Subway we have been at) and understanding of our two small children. Food was good and the workers even gave us a coupon to use. We had a great experience!
In the app I specify (((not))) to have my sub toasted, and they often do anyway. I also ordered "double meat" and I didn't get that. So not only did I not get what I ordered, I also overpaid because they gave me regular meat amount. I'm getting very unhappy with the Hornell Subway.
Bought two meal of the day witch was suppose to be half turkey subs two drinks and potato chips or two cookies for each. The young lady at the register said the pop machine was not working. But I could pay for drinks out of there cooler. But I had already payed for drinks that where part of the meal deal. No kind of refund for not getting our two drinks. Very bad management. Will not go there anymore. Beware of this place.
Bought a specialty item from mobile ordering and they were out of stock, the woman told me to come back the next month and grab one. I come back and they tell me I can’t do that. I hate donating to a big corporation. If I had at least gotten my money back I wouldn’t be so upset. Won’t be coming here again, maybe any subway.
