Came in for a breadless bowl. The male employee was very rude telling me it was a salad. He was laughing at me and being very rude. The woman making my bowl then told me it's better if I go to a different subway next time because they don't do Al carte. I literally wanted what was on the menu. I asked for meatball, pepperoni and cheese with veggies. He mocked me saying you want a salad. No one said anything to him for acting that way
Sandwich was so good, bread was nice and fresh.
Initially got the wrong sandwich via online order, but manager was super understanding and made a replacement straightaway! Even got a free drink for my troubles. Good food and great service! Thanks!!
I called three times to fix something on an online order and they did not pick up a single time why do they even have a phone if they don't know how to answer it
