Well, I will never go to this location again. Our bread was hard and stale, cookies were hard and stale. The young man that made our sandwiches was so nice, that he even GAVE HIMSELF A TIP!! The whole reason you go to Subway is cause their bread is so good, and soft, but it was so hard my grandson couldn't even eat his sandwich
Wow, Subway really has gone downhill in the past two decades. Guess all good things come to an end.
The staff was very unfriendly. They tried to charge me for want a little more black olives than what they put on there. No where does the menu say they charge extra for veggies. I've been coming to Subway for 45 years and I have never been charged for veggies. Asked for my receipt and they couldn't provide me with it. Tried to use a coupon and just threw it in the trash. I think it's ridiculous that this store does not honor coupons and I have to drive a few blocks down to the other Subway that honors them, rather than go up the street to this Subway. Completely inconvenient! You guys are going to lose customers because you're not honoring coupons there. But what do I know?I'm only a customer that frequents Walmart who wants a easy lunch.
