After going to two locations (that were supposed to be open but weren’t…kenwood and heritage…) I was able to find you were opened. The guy who waited on me didn’t seem to care I had to go to two other locations before…just no sense of awareness… and you really need yo clean better…gross. Cobwebs and bugs?!?
What a joke. Ordered through the app to pick up in store. Get the two sandwiches home - a meatball sub and Philly with veggies. They’re swapped. The veggies and Baja sauce is on the meatball and the Philly is naked. I call - they said to come back in and they’ll re-make it. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the treatment of my daughter at the Subway location in Lakeville, Minnesota. Around 5:00 p.m., my daughter walked to the restaurant to purchase food. She then walked home in approximately 80-degree weather. When she arrived home, she did not have a bag for her food. I called the restaurant because I was concerned and asked to speak with a manager. 🪰 fly on the food and the vendor does not bother about it. He is having trouble putting veggies on sub. Counting the veggie leaves. Worst way of making it.
Me and my sister ordered two 12” subs online, and when I brought them home to check them and mine looked like it was picked through and there was hardly any shredded cheese. I asked for it to be toasted, and it was just unappetizingly warm, and the bread sure didn’t look toasted by any means.
