I am beyond displeased with my experience tonight. I placed an order via the app around 8:45, and it said my order will be ready by 9:10. Store closes at 9:30 if you're not aware. I show up at 8:57 and the lights are off, front doors locked, and no staff in sight. The side door near the online orders was open, so I was able to get my order. This evening I ordered dinner for me and my children on the subway app. There was a coupon for 3 footlongs for 17.99 which i used to place my order. Not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, the numbers didn't work out for the deal including taxes. Something seemed a little fishy. I called and the young man (who is always an absolute treat) asked me to come back and remade my sandwich. He was wonderful.
