I went to get two foot long subs, no problem waiting in line being 5th, male with long bleached unkept hair asked if we all had online orders, we all responded no, he cussed verbally out loud. one lady said maybe that’s a good thing! i said i hope you guys make good tips! he sighed and rolled eyes. got to my turn and he says there’s not enough meatballs to make a sub, his coworker said can we get some more and he sighed and said no. i walked out. poor attitude and unkept hair/facial hair. do better

Just ordered 2 footlongs and they are amazing! The gal with dark hair and glasses was by herself, lobby was empty, ingredients were fresh and she was very precise and spot on with the amount sauce! She was also very knowledgeable about the reward program. I didn't catch her name but she did a great job!

Service was fast but the food was awful when I went. I went with friends and one of them got tuna on their sandwich, the tuna was warm. All the meat on my sandwich was warm, so we're all the vegetables. I think the only cold thing on my sandwich was the mayonnaise. One of my friends ended up with stomach issues later on which was a less than fun experience camping in tents. Staff didnt seem super happy we were there and just wanted us gone. Overall bad experience.
