Made an online order got half cooked chewy bacon cuz apparently it took much time to cook my bacon off the bread when toasting the sun when I didn’t want it toasted when I go in person never have a problem but they are sloppy and lazy with online orders

Are we invisible? Just walked in, and then out, of the Dodgeville subway restaurant. Walked up to the counter ready to order. We were the ONLY 2 customers in the store. There were three employees behind the counter. We stood in front of them for about 5 minutes while they ALL commenced to ignoring us completely.
