It's so dead, and behind the corner of a plaza, I like it.
I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. My meal totaled $10.35, and I handed the cashier a $20 bill, politely offering the additional 35 cents to simplify the change. She said she couldn’t accept it and seemed confused by the math. What made the situation worse was her attitude—she became dismissive and even refused to assist with something as simple as handing over the cup for my drink. Staff was extremely rude to us, refused service to us and was weird about letting us use the bathroom (we told them we had put in an online order so we were paying customers). Vibes were extremely off, very extremely bad first impression of Albuquerque.
Put mayo on my sandwich and refused to remake it. Insane. And a GM? Wow.
