Horrible costumer service. So rude
We just left this subway and the two people working were phenomenal customer service/sandwich artists. We didn't get their names but today is 8/24/25 and we were there at 6pm. Both workers were patient, kind and went out of their way to talk to our 3 children as well as us. My husband and I have worked in customer service for years and really appreciate people like this since it's rare to find all the time these days. So thank you!

Bailey is saving that store. Give this man a raise! We almost stopped going there because the other employes get our orders wrong every. single. time. Bailey is super nice and helpful. His whole personality lights up the place. He makes delicious sandwiches, everything is well stocked and our kids look forward to him every time we go there.
Been standing there for 5 minutes, not interested in customers, rather chatting with each other. Went away without food.
