The girl working at 5pm on 11/11/2025 is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know her job or basic customer service skills. They left my TOASTED sandwich very cold. They said they had no ice and we had to walk over to the other ice machine. Then proceeded to tell her coworker “I’m tired of people asking about ice” you need to hire caring people YOU WORK IN A HOSPITAL.
I love this place an MS. Brenda an MS. Erica are the best a.big asset to subway. Give them a raise they can really make the customers feel great an damn they can make some great sandwiches.
