Horrible. Placed an online order, received a response that it would be ready for pickup at 3:05 pm, went to pick up by 3:15 pm and they were closed with serval employees on the inside eating what appeared to be my sandwich. After several knocks noone answered and still haven't received any refund. Turned me completely off from the entire establishment. Jersey Mike's better anyway.

😮 surprise... the address stated in the subway app was in the hospital cafeteria... When I called to see where they were located ... they had a hard time explaining ..when the words hospital cafeteria would have been easy to say .. as well as they didnt have my sub ready that I had ordered on the subway app .and this was at 10 am ..Not run well.... Not described well on location Went in front entrance of hospital had to get a guess sticker and go down 2 hallway to get my sub What a hassel.
