8/9/2025 - 1:30pm One young lady was doing all of the work while three other employees were in the back talking loudly and not helping at all. Customers were growing increasingly impatient and frustrated due to only two options of bread and lack of meat being available. My wife and I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. From the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged. The young man behind the counter barely spoke loud enough to hear..he clearly needs some serious customer service training. They were out of provolone cheese and didn’t even attempt to check the back for more. We also asked for the new limited edition cups, which he forgot about until we reminded him. Worst service and sandwich ever had at this location. Young man had no idea what went with the ultimate bmt. Out of wheat bread. Said he was out of ham, but it was in the back, out of lettuce, in the back, out of tomatoes, maybe…Did not put onions on and barely put mayo on. Can’t hear him when he speaks even at the register. He needs major training, and needs to learn how to communicate with the public. Bread used was old. We are not happy.

Would give zero stars if I could. Employees sitting at tables and tell my husband we’re out of everything @ 8pm on a Saturday night. SMH
