Worst service and sandwich ever had at this location. Young man had no idea what went with the ultimate bmt. Out of wheat bread. Said he was out of ham, but it was in the back, out of lettuce, in the back, out of tomatoes, maybe…Did not put onions on and barely put mayo on. Can’t hear him when he speaks even at the register. He needs major training, and needs to learn how to communicate with the public. Bread used was old. We are not happy.
Would give zero stars if I could. Employees sitting at tables and tell my husband we’re out of everything @ 8pm on a Saturday night. SMH
Lobby clean; staff seem depressed and acted like they didn’t want to be there;no cookies, roasted chicken; had to wait for toaster to warm up….where is management? Never returning!
Now, every time I go, they have run out of ham & turkey, jalapeños, and onions. The time is around 6pm. Other than that, the subs normally good.
