Same problem as a lot of others. I placed an order online, showed up 30 minutes later for pickup and nothing had been made. They were very slow and were dragging their feet.
Come in for door dash and had 2 customer orders. 4 people in line then me. I'm a Dasher so my time is money. Well over 35 minutes in the store and the worker moved slower than dead lice. No other help in store to help. Then I have my customers on me and wanting to know where there food is. But 2 people walk in and he makes their food before mine and was not right in anyway at all. My order was a door dash order! Whew I’m so upset I could curse but I’m not. Long story short, placed order at 4:58. Tracked order preparing, cool. 5:58 still no order. First dasher said they didn’t have the drink I wanted, cool. Alternate drink.. First dasher cancels and they find me a new dasher. 2nd dasher, the guy refuses to start your order but continues to work on other orders! I would love to speak to a manager! On a Tuesday evening I placed an order on-line for a tuna sub. I received confirmation email and then another email saying it was about ready. When I got to the store I was informed they were out of tuna. I said I'd take an Italian BMT. I was informed they were out of the ingredients for that. They have my number but didn't call. Very frustrating to drive all the way over there to learn we had no food ready. This is not the first time I've had an experience like this.
