Worst experience ever, they didn't allow free re-fill even tho I brought the drink? Lady was very disrespectful from tone to attitude. With no regards to customers service.
Bathrooms didn’t work, no hand sanitizer and I got charged a security fee???
Lady that works there is very rude
Customer in front of me started asking about a "service charge". I thought he was just being difficult but the cashier then insults him and says "can you really not afford 42 cents?". They go back and forth and the cashier is crazy demeaning and insulting. Eventually, I get rung up and sure enough, a 4.5% service charge at 71 cents is on there. It would appear they advertise one price, then add a "service charge" to get more money without the customer recognizing this. This is outright fraud and theft. Im appaled at the way ... read more
