Genevieve in the Pueblo mall store is a rock star! She was alone, working on a big phone order, and asked us to wait 15 minutes. We had two very hungry boys with us. We came back. She was tired, and busy, but was so very patient with the boys because they kept changing their minds. Even did a special order for us. Thank you Genevieve!
The male that works there who I believe is the manager with the flat top haircut is the rudest and most vile person. It happened two or three years ago and then again today. Idk who he thinks he is talking to customers the way he does. We turned around before we even ordered to go eat somewhere else and he proceeded to yell at us.

Very rude workers. They made my sub completely wrong and then tried to charge me for a footlong even though they clearly made me a 6-inch. The customer service was unprofessional, and instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to charge me more. I won’t be returning to this location again.
