The male that works there who I believe is the manager with the flat top haircut is the rudest and most vile person. It happened two or three years ago and then again today. Idk who he thinks he is talking to customers the way he does. We turned around before we even ordered to go eat somewhere else and he proceeded to yell at us.

Very rude workers. They made my sub completely wrong and then tried to charge me for a footlong even though they clearly made me a 6-inch. The customer service was unprofessional, and instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to charge me more. I won’t be returning to this location again.
How are you in business??? The mall phone number doesn't work. The subway HQ website customer service chat is infuriating--no way to reach customer service thru chat!!! There's no 1800 number to call. Their catering, 3rd party website doesn't offer help, and can't place order. So, you've made it clear that you don't care ONE BIT about generating sales--let alone customer service! Ok, no problem!
I go here all the time before work because it's on my way to work. I walk to work. I ordered a BLT bacon, lettuce and cheese. They give me a BMT with no bacon in it. I'm really really upset. I was going to call them and fix it but I don't have time cuz I have to be at work. So next time maybe I could get some kind of discount or something when I go back. My name is attack Padilla.
