Blond cashier with glasses refused to toast my veggie sub, saying it was against policy. Every other subway does this for me everytime. Weird and mean behavior
I don't normally do positive reviews. Usually I only review if I'm unhappy. However, the woman that help my girlfriend and I today deserves recognition. We were confused about the deals on the app and struggled to make an order. She assisted us through the process kindly and professionally. I left with both our perfectly made sandwiches and a smile. This is how it should be done.
I’m not one to normally leave a review, whether I have a good or bad experience but wow this was a whole different level. The blonde/blue haired girl was extremely rude, from the very beginning. I understand jobs like this can be demanding at times, but that’s never an excuse for the type of behavior and attitude given from this girl. The hours are listed as open until 8p. We arrived at 7:40 and waited patiently for 5 mins until a very rude female working there (dark hair, short, glasses, teenage or early 20s) stormed to the front and told us she would not make sandwiches because they were closing. 20 mins (now 15) seemed like more than enough time to make 3 bowls. I asked her if we should go somewhere else and she rudely told us yes and started berating us with "bye".
