Blond cashier with glasses refused to toast my veggie sub, saying it was against policy. Every other subway does this for me everytime. Weird and mean behavior
I don't normally do positive reviews. Usually I only review if I'm unhappy. However, the woman that help my girlfriend and I today deserves recognition. We were confused about the deals on the app and struggled to make an order. She assisted us through the process kindly and professionally. I left with both our perfectly made sandwiches and a smile. This is how it should be done.
I’m not one to normally leave a review, whether I have a good or bad experience but wow this was a whole different level. The blonde/blue haired girl was extremely rude, from the very beginning. I understand jobs like this can be demanding at times, but that’s never an excuse for the type of behavior and attitude given from this girl.
