We ordered about 20 minutes ahead on the app and they hadn’t even started our sandwiches when we got there!
my boyfriend went in, ordered one philly, and two bmts. i used to work at subway, i know the bread is under baked, the bell peppers are cut wrong and it's very messy for no reason. if i worked here, id do a better job with more respect for my customers. do better to teach your employees how things should be done, correctly.
When we got to the counter to start making our sandwiches the lady I am going to post with this waving at me was rude and had no reason to be... seems like she's taking things out on her customers... She completely ignored me when I was just making conversation... There was no lightning in the mood. She very sloppily made my sandwich and commented that I need to start making my sandwiches at home.
