I already knew they didn't except paper coupons, so I asked if they except subway account points from my account, they said yes. I ordered, tried to use my points to get money off because I had $4 off on my account, "the computer wont let me use them." I tired asking if my coupon on my subway account would work, because it expired today, "no you can't use that either it wont let me." THEY DON'T ACCEPT COUPONS!!! And the card reader wants to know how much tip you want to give. You have to hit OTHER then leave it at ZERO
I went in to order a turkey and salami sub and the woman there told me she couldn’t make that sandwich (as if it was illegal or something lol). Not sure if she just didn’t know how to ring up this basic sub but she said she would only make me a turkey sandwich? Strangest experience of my life… I’m standing there looking at the turkey and salami in the case so confused and she just goes “I can’t.” So after her telling me no for a third time I just walked out. Felt like I was being punk’d for real.
I can see why people are ripping on this place. I went in to check it out for myself and see you at all it was about and they don’t even except the coupons that they give out and a half tried on my sandwich. The employees act like they don’t even wanna be there or care at all. I definitely don’t recommend anyone to come here just go to a different subway location. There’s a reason why the place is dead inside.
