Ordered a sub and would not let me add any items other than what she said came on it even if I paid extra. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely rude!!

Where do I even start…we have attempted to order food there a handful of times with absolutely horrible luck every time. Either they are taking the garbage out and you are told you have to wait at least a half hour to be served, or they are out of everything except pepperoni and bread, or the line is super long because they only have one very rude and incompetent employee there, or there is no employee within shouting distance. I ordered the featured footlong special. The lady made the sub and toasted it. She then told it came with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I told her the vegetables were fine but I didnt want mayo. I would prefer vinegar snd oil. She said she could not delete or add anything to the sub. I asked to just leave the mayo off I would add my own dressing at home.
